SPONSORED SILENCE FOR CHILDREN IN NEED.


On Friday 18th November myself - James Rosendale, Will Vaughan and Balaaj Khan will be attempting to have a sponsored silence raising money for Children In Need. You can donate in one of 3 different ways:

  1. The Just Giving website seems to be a very popular way of collecting money for good causes. Do the three of you have a target amount in mind? We look forward to seeing a photo or two of you completing your silence. I'd ask you to make a podcast of the event but that would defeat the object of the exercise!!

  4. Amy 7K1 Says.......... It is nice to do something for children in need i love to watch the TV show they do every year to see what ideas people come up with. Ms.Cox I think they should set themselves targets too also someone else could be like the presenter so they won't haveto speak.

  8. Woah, that sounds hard, I once tried doing a sponsered silence (But cheated and fell asleep)!

  11. I think you have made a very big effort to help raise money for children in need. You have even got a number to text if you want to donate and that is cool. Good luck in being silent for a whole day. That would be impossible for me!

  16. I think it is a great idea but are you sure that you can hold it off. I hope you try and do it for the hole day and plus if the teachers dont know it would be very funny trying to explain in silence saying you were doing a sponsorded silence
